We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Materials vary by item and may include human hair, synthetic fiber, or a blend. The composition, color, size, construction, processing time, and other specifications stated on the individual product page apply to that product. Screen settings and natural material variation may cause small differences in appearance. Contact us before ordering if any specification is unclear.

3. Prices, orders, and payment

The product price, currency, shipping charge, available payment method, and final order total are displayed before you confirm payment. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may contact you if an item is unavailable, information is incomplete, or payment or fraud checks cannot be completed. If we cannot accept a paid order, we will cancel it and initiate a refund to the original payment method.

You agree to provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use. We do not ask customers to send full payment-card details by email.

4. Shipping

5. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Eligible returns may be requested within 15 calendar days after delivery. Eligibility, authorization, return shipping, inspection, refunds, exchanges, and cancellation requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to an order.

6. Acceptable website use

You may use the website for lawful shopping and information purposes. You must not interfere with website security, use the website to commit fraud, introduce malicious code, or copy protected site content in a way that violates applicable rights.

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Eseewigs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product or company names belonging to others remain the property of their respective owners.
